Katie Williams

Katie is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD), she graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her goal is to make a positive difference in peoples lives, while improving their relationship with food.

She has experience with working with clients of different age groups and backgrounds, particularly veterans. Katie uses a patient focused and evidenced-based approach to assist in making simple and practical dietary changes. Her role includes completing nutritional assessments, providing one-on-one education and constructing personalised meal plans.

Katie has a widespread knowledge in chronic disease management. Her areas of interest include:
