Paul Orrock – Osteopath

Paul originally trained as a general nurse, and has qualifications in Naturopathy and Osteopathy. He has practiced as a Naturopath and Osteopath for twenty years in Sydney, Melbourne and Byron Bay. He has practiced as an Osteopath at North Coast Medical Centre since 1998 using a broad range of techniques. Paul currently is Senior Lecturer and Head of the Osteopathic Programme at Southern Cross University. During his professional life, he has held many positions within the Australian Osteopathic Association, including State President, Continuing Education developer and Chair of the Research Council. Paul’s goal is to ensure that all members of the public have access to safe and effective healthcare from these professions.
Michael Dignan – Osteopath

Michael is a fully qualified and registered Osteopath. He completed a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences majoring in Osteopathic Studies and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University.
Michael has been treating Osteopathically since 2016. Over this period, he has quickly realized that every patient is different, therefore he works towards create a management plan that is tailored to each individual patient. Ensuring that the patient remains the centre focus of their healthcare.
He uses a broad range of techniques to facilitate the recovery of patients with acute injuries, sporting injuries or persistent chronic pain. These techniques include, massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint articulation, joint manipulation and exercise rehabilitation.
Michael has grown up in the Byron Shire and has a strong connection to the local community and their needs by keeping up-to-date with the best current evidence available in manual therapy.
Michael is also an approved therapist for DVA, and EPC plans.
