Private Consultation Fees

North Coast Medical Centre is a private billing practice. All consultations are charged at our standard private consultation fee. This includes appointments for both new and existing patients, as well as visitors to the practice.

We offer bulk billing for eligible MyMedicare-registered patients, children under 16 years of age, and Pension Card and Health Care Card holders. Eligibility is determined at the discretion of your treating doctor and may not apply to all consultation types or services.

After your consultation, we will process your Medicare claim on your behalf. Your eligible Medicare rebate is usually paid directly into your nominated bank account, so you only pay the difference between our private consultation fee and your Medicare rebate.

Bank processing fees will be applied up until October 2026 to payments made by card.
